Refund policy

The short version

If it does not fit, we will swap it. If we got it wrong, we will fix it free.

Returns and exchanges: 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of smoke, cologne, and pet hair, with no damage to the print.

• Exchanges for a wrong size or colourway: we cover shipping on the replacement, you cover return postage on the original.
• Refunds: issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is not refunded and return postage is your cost.

Our mistakes are free

If your order arrives with a misprint, a cracked or peeling transfer, a defective garment, the wrong item, or a size other than the one you ordered, email a clear photo to sales@domnclothing.com within 30 days. We reprint and reship at our cost and you keep the original. No return needed.

What we cannot take back

• Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Anything requested more than 30 days after delivery
• Final sale and clearance items, where marked

Email sales@domnclothing.com with your order number and, for a defect, a clear photo. We answer within one business day.

Colour and print variation

DOMN pieces are printed by hand. Ink density, placement, and colour can vary slightly between garments, typically within 1/8 inch of the specified placement. Screens also render Obsidian Black, Warm Bone, and Graphite differently than they appear in person. Variation within these tolerances is a characteristic of hand-printed goods, not a defect.

Sizing

All measurements on product pages are garment measurements taken flat, in inches, not body measurements. Measure a shirt you already own and compare the chest.
