Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and at least 18 years old to make purchases. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order. Prices and availability can change without notice. We charge your selected payment method at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Our Returns Policy explains eligibility windows, condition requirements, and steps to start a return or exchange. If a product is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Promotions and gift cards

Promo codes and offers are subject to the terms shown with the promotion. Gift cards are nonrefundable except where required by law.

User content and reviews

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services. This includes attempting to interfere with normal operation, bypassing security, scraping data without permission, or using the site for fraudulent or harmful activity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DOMN Clothing LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any permitted court action is state and federal courts located in Florida.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@domnclothing.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and DOMN waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may seek relief in small claims court.

Changes to the services or terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the services. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the new Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
